Welcome to
Best Buy Boycott.com. The goal of this website is to provide information
to the consumer by the consumer. A place where consumers can come and
research how
they can resolve disputes between themselves and the stores they shop.
Unfortunately the state of customer service is pathetic. Store
associates have increasingly more adverse attitudes toward the consumer.
Why... I don't know...one guess might be that values such as common
courtesy are gone. Have you noticed it? What, where, when and most
importantly who? Did you resolve your situation? If so, how? Please tell
us all. I don't want to be the enemy of these large stores such as Best
Buy, Circuit City and others. I just want to provide the meeting grounds
for all of us customers out there that have just had it. You ask, why
the name....why Best Buy Boycott.com. My response is that I have had
horrible customer
service
at Best Buy. As a matter of fact I have two situations in dispute right

submit
your own story for possible posting on this site. I welcome any
associates to visit this site and dispute any and all claims posted.
